Welcome to Kaelis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaelis mobile application (the "App") and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kaelis, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaelis. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

4.1 Content You Post

You retain ownership of any content you post on Kaelis. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the App.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material
• Violates the privacy of others

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or store personal data about other users without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kaelis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAELIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaelis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
